  • Digital products or services are eligible for refunds within 14 days if unused
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for refunds
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time for refunds is typically 5-10 business days

Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide and aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Starts at $30
  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days): Starts at $50
  • Free shipping on orders over $500
  • Alaska and Hawaii may require additional shipping time and costs

International Shipping:

  • Standard International (10-15 business days): $69.99
  • Express International (5-7 business days): $99.99
  • Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Not all products are available for international shipping

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Here's how our return process works:

  1. Request a Return
    • Contact customer service
    • Provide your order number and reason for return
    • Receive a return authorization number and shipping label
    • Restocking fee of 15%. 
  1. Package Your Return
    • Include all original packaging and accessories
    • Pack items securely to prevent damage
    • Attach the provided shipping label
    • Include your return authorization number
  1. Ship Your Return
    • Drop off at any authorized shipping location
    • Keep your tracking number for reference
    • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items and process your refund within 5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Here's our cancellation policy for different types of purchases:

Product Orders:

  • Orders can be cancelled for full refund before Imprinting
  • Once shipped, standard return policy applies

To cancel, log into your account or contact customer service. We'll confirm your cancellation via email within one business day.
